Hotel located within walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants. Very surprised that the hotel had modernised the bathroom and the rooms decorated very nicely. The breakfast was very nice and the lady in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. She worked nonstop replenishing food, cleaning and resetting tables. The staff member at reception was very friendly and helpful. He was especially helpfully when we were trying to park our very large vehicle inside the hotel’s quadrant. Night Security at the hotel was also great.

Wonderful staff. Ilaria and Antonio at the front desk were fabulous. They did everything possible to enhance our stay in Florence, by assisting us to book tours, recommended some great restaurants and generally were a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel is less than five minutes walk from the main train station, the hop on hop off bus has a stop directly across the road and is right in the centre of the main restaurant and market area. For an old hotel, we would give it ten out of ten.

The rooms are very clean, quiet, and spacious, especially for a centrally located hotel like this one. The hotel is walking distance to everything and the train station is basically across the street. Breakfast is buffet style and also excellent. Communications were easily done and direct.
